Pokerhand's Terms & Conditions

Pokerhand is an entertainment platform for adults. To participate, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• Pokerhand employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Pokerhand reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in temporary account suspension.

The following rules apply when creating and maintaining an account on Pokerhand:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one Pokerhand account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be completely accurate.
• Password Security: Keep your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for any consequences of sharing your password with others.
• Account Transfers Prohibited: A Pokerhand account may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other person under any circumstances.
• Unexpected Login: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Pokerhand Support immediately.

The following betting rules apply to all members on Pokerhand:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless Pokerhand itself voids it due to a technical error.
• Once a match has started, Live Betting market odds may change at any time — this is normal.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Pokerhand reserves the right to void bets where match-fixing or any form of unfair advantage is suspected.
• Pokerhand reserves the right to set betting limits on certain specific events.

In the event of any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Pokerhand's internal review process shall be considered final. All live betting activity is recorded.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Pokerhand:

Pokerhand may require KYC verification for large withdrawals. Pokerhand reserves the right to suspend any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraudulent activity.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (may vary by method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Pokerhand does not charge any transaction fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply a service charge.

The general terms and conditions for Pokerhand bonuses and promotions are listed below. Each offer also comes with its own detailed terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount before withdrawal (typically 10–20x the bonus value).
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonus offers generally cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: If any attempt is made to abuse bonuses, Pokerhand reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Referral Bonus: To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must register with their own details and complete their first deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokerhand platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or transferring balances between accounts to earn bonuses.
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or exploiting software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds through Pokerhand.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Spreading false information about Pokerhand.

Any suspicious activity is investigated by Pokerhand's security team. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing investigation.

Pokerhand takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We follow the policies outlined below:

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Your information is used solely for service delivery, verification, and security purposes.

Pokerhand accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Any bet or game left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment service.
• Any loss resulting from your device or account credentials falling into someone else's hands.
• When service is temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical outage.

That said, Pokerhand always strives to resolve technical issues promptly and to fairly compensate members where applicable.

Pokerhand may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

1. Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Providing false identity or information.
3. Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
4. By order of a court or government authority.
5. As an emergency measure to protect account security.

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Verified balances are always refunded.

Pokerhand reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• This page will be updated and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the change accordingly.
• For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
